</SPAN>[/HTML]At home I get the proper result like you would with an image alt tag. However at work it never shows up. Both browsers are ie 6.0

I don't see anything in internet options to allow or disable. Any clues?

If both are using IE, check your settings at home and then check your settings again at work.
If both are the same, then you may want to check out the settings on your company's connection to see if they are blocking specific things being displayed.
