I know you can change the scrollbar colors using styles but can you change the color of the scrollbar arrow box to a different color then the bar?

Scrollbar attritudes are not a part of valid CSS though, so if you want to make your site up to web standards, don't use them. They can get annoying if misused. I love having a plain scrollbar when surfin the net. It's easier to see/easy to tell apart from webpage, and clear to see how far I've scrolled.
