Second one... Messenger like msn, i know it can be done.. because a site, made one ages ago and i asked how much did it cost and he said it was free because he built it his self with php html css and java

Why would you want to have yet another online messenger?
There would be quite a high need of resources to support these....
And of course there are already 4 major ones and I usually only use one, rarely use the other and don't even look at the other 2.

Ok Then can you make me an NON JAVA chat so people can join without using JAVA and just put a username in and can choose colour they want there text to be before they talk

Looks like you wnat a bulletin board style system.
Its something like a forum but then its more of like a message placer where each person can place a message on after the other.

I have seen quite a lot of them on the internet.
