I will advice u to get help from w3schools.com where u can learn and practice online.A lot of things u can learn.

im also new, but i will advise that if you dont know HTML or other basic web design things. you might want to try a site builder tool. you still customize everything, but it costs a bit more. you still need to know basic HTML
