I wanna buy new laptop for my personal use, but don't know which brand is best. As you know there are many laptops available in market. Please recommend me the best brand for laptop.

Dell, Toshiba, IBM, and HP are all pretty good. It really depends on what graphics card you want and what screen size. Certain brands offer certain options.

I personally like HP. My last few Dell's have had problems with defective DVD players and overheating, so I'm staying away from them for now.

Personally my favourite is Samsung, i have tried them all, acer, IBM(lenovo), HP, even LG but samsung has never let me down, i have the R480 and the new ivory netbook, theyre both great with amazing screens and never gave me any problems, they are a bit pricier but less people have them so they also are a lot nicer in that snense.
