Default Adobe what's best?

What do you guys think is the best graphics design tool for web design?
I'm leaning towards Adobe Illustrator CS5.

Adobe PhotoShop is the one used most. Many agencies think by default you will have the PSD format when you're done with your work and they will ask for it.

I wanted to add that you need to keep in mind that the mentioned programs are paid. If you wanted to have access to something free, then you may use Gimp.

I still vote for Adobe. But this doesn't mean I won't try other brands. Graphic creation programs are very interesting.

Fireworks and Photoshop are the most common ones out there. Adobe Illustrator is pretty good for creating catalogs.
