Maybe it obvious but I am missing it.
As a newbie on this forum I obviously have limited privileges. Where can I check the rules.
My problem is that I am not allowed to post reply anywhere I want
It sorted out by itself. A couple hours later I obtained a privilege to post replies. I guess new users are under evaluation for some time after applying.
