Hello my dear friends nice submitting but i have some tips for this topic..

Heart diseases are the most dangerous diseases of the world, the diseases which can kill millions of people. You know what guys! Medicine is a cure no doubt but prevention and healthy habits are so much better than the medicine. So if you want to stay healthy, and reduce the heart attack risks follow the steps we are going to mention here:
• You can only tackle the disease when you know the risk factors that cause you heart problems.
• Get a regular exercise chart and try to maintain the health.
• Have a perfect diet plan and healthy food should be a part of your life.
• Quit smoking because that reduces the health problems and respiratory diseases.
• Stay away from saturated fats! Saturated fats are present in dairy products, fatty meat, butter and many more.
• Reduce the amount of salt in your food, because salt increases the risk!
• Stay alert from hidden fats.
• Add more omega 3 products to your diet, even we have omega 3 eggs too, try to use them
• If you are overweight then try hard to reduce your weight.
• Don’t forget to laugh, because laughter helps you reduce heart disease risks.
