If you wanna share your feelings to some one special then which is the best day? Do you have any special day to share your feelings to your lover?

share whenever you are comfortable to share.There are no special date.
Lets say

you fall in love with a girl at 15 th fev - just the day after valentines day.

So you want to wait for another year for next 14th fev.

No i guess.

Its always the letters friend, It can hold all the feelings, expressions and the emotions which you want to describe without actually being in contact. Letters are used and will be used in all the ages, since the invention of writing i guess, I personally feel that it is a wonderful experience both with writing and reading. I have seen the excitement which a person has on her/his face the moment he/she starts reading it.

No, I haven't time to choice a specific day. When I have time to express my feelings and my partner want to hear my feeling that time I express my feeling.
