Well, I've got only one reason why Im here at my present job..its kinda silly but meaningful for me..LOL...i dont know if what Im doing is right or wrong..what I know is that Im so happy that I made this decision..having to see him from time to time seems to be the only motivation i have to stay in this job..

Doing your job well should be motivating enough. But praise from other employees and management not to mention merit increases are good motivators as well.

two things motivate me while i am on work.
1. the deadline that i need to meet. i don't wish to listen that i was lazy while working.
2 if i get appreciation for the work that i do i get motivated to show better results.
