you should register also with the European tdl..... dot eu

anyway try godaddy, I think they all this tld's.

Try Dot Com Depot - at dotcomdepot.net. I'm sure they have all of those extensions.

try GoDaddy and use promotion codes to get discounts. you can find loads of goDaddy promo codes at Best place to register domains - 5W’s Answered
try to find specialised domain registrars for country domain extensions, i have seen some registrars offer .cn for around $30 while some places offer it for less than one tenth of that
