All hosting companies are more or less the same, but for domains, try www.mydomain.com
For $8.50 you have DNS hosting as well.

hostagator? I saw their ads around the place and they look stable enough.
Or maybe you would like to look at some local packages that are a little more expensive, but at least you know you can walk up and screw them if any thing goes wrong.

Hello Boohlick, thanks for recommendation

But we do not provide domain registeration. Would suggest yahoo for $2 domain, but its believed to be not so reliable.

i use globat, they provide highest space, bandwidth, and all tools required to build website.
I am using this server since 2003 and never had any issues (except maintanance time once on a while and mostly on weekend nights for max hr or so or mailbox updates)
In their current promo they are giving away free domain for life with 100 GB of space, 1000 GB bandwidth per Mo., upto 7 sub domains, PHP, PERL, FTP, site building templets, option to install mambo server, free site submit, $50 towards Yahoo account, shopping cart, Word press blog and lots of other inclusions in package for $6.95 a MO.

I am also an affeliate with them, there is banner on my website which you can use if you want to go with them (it pays me something when someone joins from my site)

Here is the link to the page

Sleek
