Funds come from advertising ( sadly only one advertiser and looking for more), my jobs on net (whatever I can make out of those net jobs).

Free domain comes with full control and licensee can do whatever he would be able to do otherwise, if he himself registered the domain.

Well, this site has a purpose and that is to help webmasters who have site but due to financial constraints can not afford a domain. If webmaster has intention to get it free here and sell it at other place, making money, sorry, such webmasters are not given free domain. Afterall, I am diverting my funds and resources towards helping people and last thing I can tolerate is their abusing my kind-heartedness. Though I can not do much, once domain is provided, but sure such people will be banned from future dealings.
If webmaster who gets domain, later sells his site, then it is understandeable.
Having said that, domain licensee has full rights to do whatever he wants to do. He can even donate domain back, if he is not to use it later.
