If marblehost.com has offered a free domain name as a part of their hosting services, can I use only domain name from them without using a hosting package plan?

At the OP, marblehost.com offers a free domain name only for their clients. You can't use it for free if you are not their customers.
That's impossible.
I see that their plans are low and you can use it paying not much for their services.

That's the point, they give for free if you buy hosting. If you want domain for free, use co.cc or something like this. It will be 3rd degree domain.

It is not possible to get free domain, not ordering hosting plan.
And if I were you, I would better look at sibername.com web hosting offers as it has many free bonuses within their plans and free domain name is not an exception. Moreover, it is accredited registrar which offers nice hosting services also and it will be more secure to deal with it.

You can get free domain name on the condition that you should sign up the web hosting package plan for more one year. There is no free lunch. No paids , No gains.

I would rather buy the domain name separate from the hosting company. You may get into unnecessary hassles if you decide to change your host later.
