Whats the best UNVERIFIED paypal .. registrar?

I am looking for a registrar that accepts unverified paypal accounts ( no credit card ) i really like godaddy BUT they don't accept unverified ones.. Anyone know any?

you don't need a credit card to get your paypal verified. I used a checking acct. Then I downgraded my paypal acct because I don't have anyone paying me with a credit card, so they don't take out any fees.

Maybe I am seeing at the wrong place. but when I click on Verify Paypal account, it only says add Card, and asks for the card details.

From where do you add the checking account?

Ya, I know that ....... but my parents won't let me use theirs, cause mines, is attach to theirs so i can't/

There should be a add bank account option there.
But it has been years since I registered so it could be different.
