dynadot.com let you purchase domain names through paypal. I bought a domain name for my band for about $10/yr ! They more than likely host aswell so check it out dude! im hosting with a free provider at the moment as its cheaper for me (and it has no ads!) but yeah, check it out... dynadot.com! cheers

Hostway (US) accepts PayPal, I don't think Hostway UK, as linked in the thread does.
But the company is one of the best providers out there.
