ya india is shining now after a long period india is getting success in obtaining good economical coundition after winning of congress in lok sabha election indian people has shown that they wants stable government like congress in india and it was also need of time now things would be going all right and india will grwth its economical condition and will success in gaining low prices of all the basic foods and may be in oct 2009 india will recover its IT infrastructure more companies will be arriving in india and will find its IT potential back and i think in india those are related to IT industry will be getting thier space which has been lost again and every one specially all educated youth in india will be gaining jobs and get oppurtunaties to apply their potentials and guts in various industries hope we will be back with intention of making world in our hands and will make sure to others that we are back.

I do not know how is the best, but there's a largest one called eurodns.com. and the most used called godaddy.

No doubt, sibername.com is the best domain name registrar I have ever seen. There are many unique extensions offered by this company at reasonable rates. There are so many specials which attract me very much. Highly recommend this company.

Several of those coupons that were listed seem to be dead I just used ZINE7, which has a much higher discount than several you have featured. It gave me $3 off domain name registration for $7.49 and worked on renewals too, so it looks like Godaddy coupon ZINE7 is the new one to apply and post around.
