how do i go about creating a user database/table? I am new to this a dont really understand how to create it.

There are several ways, you can access phpMyAdmin with your hosting plan if it is offered, or create it with MySQL, use a php script to create it, or see if your hosting plan allows you to import one from any of the common database programs
