For my its mysql, msaccess has some limitations & when data grows that big it malfunctions

I think MS SQL is a much better option as it involves a good deal of security parameters. Access is easy but not really recommended.

I also give suggestion to use MS SQL because I had done 4 projects on .net technology and in every project I use back end as MS SQL there were no problem arises while connectivity so I suggest use MS SQL.
