Hi. I have a website and i need to make forms where on submit they go to a MySQL DBs table. and i also need to know how to view the information that was submitted to the tabel. I used to know how to do most of this stuff but i stopped for a year and now im toptally lost lol. I know it involves process.php and stuff but can somone post me a sample form with the stuff to process then a sample process page and ill jsut change the informaion/template to what i need, and let me know where/how to view it. Thanks a bunch

Also i wouldnt min if you could remind me how to make a scrollable area in a template. Like i made a fixed template for my site (the main content box is an image so it only goes so big before it throws the template out of line) and i used to know how to make it so you can scroll inside that box only without scroling the page. i know its not a long code but i cant remember it. If you could help me out with these things id be SOOOOOOOOOO grateful.
