can you make a database for a dating site or do you have to host or buy one?

If you have the know-how... you can create a database for anything...... but it will have to be hosted somewhere...

I wouldn't be too surprised if there's some dating scripts floating around that you can buy (or maybe free) that will come with a database backend in mySQL or something, if that's what you're looking for.
