Hi everyone,

Will ddr ram benefit me for all my applications or will it be only noticable for certain applications or processes?

Would a 256m ddr out perform a 512m sdram?

Just so you know DDR ram is SDRAM. (Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory) PC133 is single data rate.

It depends on your system. If you m/b supports it go for it. If you shop around you can get 512ddr stick for around $100.

If your a serious multi task person you will notice some enhanced performance.

DDR for me, besides form having more stable process with it, its more cheaper now than SDR

I know ddram work on newer mother board.They are much better than sdram in terms of quality.My sdram seems to be broken for just a year. but my ddram is still working until now.3 years .
