Default Water cooling systems are they dangerous?

What if it leaks? or will it leak? Because I am just beside the unit... if it gets shocked, I get shocked too!!
But because my CPU reads a good 60 degrees everyday... Is that too high? Should I try a water system?

Most of the time it doesn't if you do the right thing. But 60degrees? what are you using? My AMD XP 2400+ only hits a max of 50...

Anyone have more experience in this?
