Pr 4 Website High Google Rankings Good Traffic
I have a PR 4 established website for sale. Content and images included. Home page has high Google, AOL, Ask, Lycos and MSN search rankings. Site is earning an average of $2,500.00 a month. Monthly costs are around $100. per month. Website gets about 25,000 unique visitors a month. Domain is listed in the Yahoo! Directory, BOTW Directory, Looksmart Directory, GoGuides, and many other top and mid level directories. Domain was created back in 2005. Website is pretty much on auto pilot.
Given the *two years* of SEO and promotion that has gone into this website, its high organic rankings, and its monthly income, the asking price should be $30,000. ($2500X12 months); but I'm willing to sacrifice it for far less than that.
