Funny are people who do not know anything about search engine optimization.
example: Google will search for older domains that have been online more than a regular domain signed up for one year. This domain also has a page rank 2 already not to mention the traffic it had with it.

Aged domains are worth more and rank better in search engines.

I have ~100 websites and domains, some of them even older than yours so.. I know what I am talking about. Anyways, good luck with the sale, and I am saying that in the good friendly way.

I'm sure you wouldn't. I'm also sure you would not like someone putting or offering a low figure on your domain you are trying to sell.
