About:

UploadPic.org is a picture hosting service with close to 1 million
pictures uploaded since 2007. Most traffic comes from the USA, but
ranges from time to time. This is probably the site sale of the month.
A QUALITY established site since 2007.

Stats:

We get about 200-500 pictures uploaded daily.
On average we get 1500 unique visitors a day.
On average we get about 50,000 unique visitors a month.
we get about 3,000 page views a day and about 100,000 for the whole month.

We also have a custom picture script which you can't find anywhere
else. It's 80% custom coded based on an open source platform.

Income:

The site makes money on private advertising sales, but I'm very lazy
and I don't have time to look for advertisers. We used to make about
$100-$200 a month, but just don't have time anymore.
The site is adsense safe if you want to put your adsense.

Costs:

The site is on a mid size VPS.
The VPS comes with 100GB and 1TB of bandwidth. The cost is $30 for a
managed VPS, you can probably find one cheaper. We delete pictures
daily to save on space and bandwidth cost. I will show you how to
manage the website. There's a basic admin panel that approves, makes
public, and delete pictures. There's currently about 60k pictures
waiting for validation. I can approve all of them via a query or you
can do it yourself. When I had time it took me about 15 minutes per
day to approve the pictures. I will answer this question now since it's
the same question every advertiser has asked: "I just uploaded a
picture, how come it's not in the gallery?" Because only the pictures
I hand pick are displayed in the gallery.

After Sale:
Pay 50% and receive the domain.
Pay the rest and receive the VPS details.
I will provide 1 week support to transfer the site and answer any
questions. I will also do small coding modification if they take less
than 15 minutes. Will do escrow, but buyer pays fees. Paypal
preferred.
