How does the site generate income? How much?

SyncGaming.com generates revenue from a combination of CPM and CPC advertising. The site is currently does business with well known ad representation agencies such as Tribal Fusion, Burst! Media, Hype Council, and ValueClick. As my time to work on it has reduced, so has the revenue, so at the moment the site barely pulls any revenue ($20-$30 a month), but we have pulled in around $1800 in revenue since selling ad space late last year.

The high paying ad agencies are already on board, so all you have to do now is work on the traffic and you’ll profit.

Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?

I was primarily responsible for the content and administering the site, but much of the content was provided by our writing staff. Depending on how you choose to go about updating the site with or without staff, it can take as much or as little time to update as you like. I will also discuss with the staff the possibility of staying on with the new management if requested.

What is the monthly cost of running the site?

$150 a month in server costs, and $30 a year for email accounts.

Reason for selling?

I’m at a point in my life where it is time to move on to other ventures. I put literally all of my resources into the site, so this definitely isn’t an easy thing for me.

Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?

I will help in any way I can to ease the transition.
