This code is a stolen code and a police complain against the user ah786 has been filed with the Satellite Police station in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The police are presently on the lookout for this user ah786 for stealing and reselling our proprietary code on the internet, which is in direct violation of intellectual property rights and copyright laws.

From certain chain of message threads I understand that you have been interacting with this user and I am writing this mail out of my concern that please do not deal with this user and please do not pay him any money for the same. Your dealing with this individual may unnecessarily drag you into legal hassles.

Incase if you have bought this code from the user then you are requested to not keep a copy of the same as all IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and Copyrights of this code are held by AddRec Solutions. Your using this code may lead to unwanted legal issues.

Also, the script that he is selling is more than 1 years old while the product is still under development. This code was stolen from our office in January 2010. This code does not have employer search option also. Also, the code is full of bugs and incomplete. What is really funny is that the script that he is selling is not even 20% of the product and not a single page is correct. Please don’t waste your money on this.

I request your help in giving me all possible information about this user so that the police can catch him and bring him before the court of law. I seek your kind co-operation in helping the police to catch him. Mr Dace JC is not associated with us in anyways. He was never our developer. In past or in future he has never been associated with www hotinfrajobs com. He has no rights to any script developed by Hotinfrajobs.

If you try to sell stolen goods / IPR the law will treat you in the same way as Dave JC. Hence you are advised to stay away from transacting any IPR that belongs to hotinfrajobs.com

As for Ruma Infoservices, there name now features in our complain filed with the Satellite Police Station in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We will ensure they have a tough time. We are gathering all possible evidence against them to make our case more solid in the court of law. Law will definitely get them.

Also, I would suggest that you stop selling this script ASAP. We already have some proofs against you selling what is illegal.

You need to understand that even if Dave JC has signed some papers that does not allow you to sell the same further as its been brought to your notice that this code / script / IPR and copyright belongs to AddRec Solutions Pvt Ltd / hotinfrajobs, India.

Infact we have mentioned your user ID in our police complain. So pls be cautious about the same. You are requested to come clean.

Thanks for your kind help & support in helping us catch the real culprit / thief who sold the script / code to you illegally. You would be happy to know that Mr Devendra Chauhan from Ruma Infoservices Ahmedabad, India came to our office today morning and signed a confession note through which he has confessed to selling stealing the code from our server illegally. A copy of that confession note has been emailed to you for your record.

Mr Devendra has agreed to return all money that he has charged to you within 2 working days from today. If he does not return your money, please drop me a mail and I will talk to him.

It’s unfortunate that we initially thought you were the one who has stolen our code. We apologize for this error in judgment and appreciate your ethical way of doing business. We understand that like us you were also cheated by Mr Devendra Chauhan of Ruma Infoservices, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
