google has only indexed the main page but has 56 links for it.

mmmm... not sure its worth $300, more like $150. unless you've already got members?

Are you going to be including the databases and everything when you sell it? Its sort of implied, but never specified.

I got in touch with the owner and the owner now wants $1500 for it, because it is now active.
