WTB: Established Sites Making $10 – $100 Monthly Google Adsense Revenue Only Websites

I am hoping to buy established Google Adsense only revenue sites. The websites must not be any of the following:-

1) No sites banned from adsense etc., no adult, prohibited or illegal content.

2) Must be established i.e. a minimum of three months or more.

3) I am looking to earn more money using this website in the long run using Google Adsense only

4) No Earnings is Fine as long as its PR2 or more.

5) Decent number of backlinks

6) The website(s) must not require me to attend to it daily, like posting an article or content. If possible the website(s) should do fine even if I choose to ignore it for a few weeks – without any substantial decrease in earnings.

7) Once I buy a site I may well change the design or simply improve it. Because of my limited time, I often find myself simply improving the site design and the SEO work.

8) I already have a hosting account, so the hosting will not be a problem.

9) Content must already be indexed by google (Preferred)

Please send proof of website traffic, revenue/profit, etc..

My payment terms are 6 - 10 months worth of its monthly Adsense revenue and (possibly) more depending on its potential and how I can improve it - I’ll know when I see it.
