depends on who is selling.. At the end of the day itll only sell for what someone is willing to pay for it.
However, i would expect some of the more keywords to sell for bigger $.

Depends on the letters, www.sun.com would probably fetch a nice price but 5vb.com might a tad less expensive. Three letters is nice though, to the right buyer could be worth something.

i have a long list of available 3 letter domains, it depends on the extension also, like i have around 300-400 available 3 letter .net domains, and there are few 3 letter .com names left, so it totally depends on what the 3 letters/numbers are
