We have launched a new web-based uptime monitoring system:

You can add multiple sites/IPs to monitor them simultaneously.
Currently it's a pre-release version. So all the features that are planned to be paid will be free for all the users who sign up before March 16.
That includes:
- Min. check period: 5 minutes
- Large amount of resources to check per account
- Spam database monitoring (get notified when your IP address is blacklisted (we support more than 400 blacklists checking))
UptimeAgent is a dynamically developing project and we will add a lot of new useful features to it shortly.
