[Full Team] Experienced Personel for new venture!

Hello,

I'm seeking some experienced personal for a new venture.. something to revolutionize the era of forums. I'm unaware of what yet though I'll explain in more detail after I fill out this necessary form.

Name of site (and/or forum)?: Unknown.
Link to forum?: Unknown.
Genre?: Once again, Unknown.
Forum Software?: vBulletin
Total number of posts the forum has received?: Come on.. if you can't figure this out stop reading here.
Seeking?: Designers, Community Builders, Staff Members. I will elaborate on both further on.
Paid Position?: Sort of.
If Paid, How Much?: It's somewhat volunteer although all extra revenue that isn't being used too pay for the forum will be split upon all people, designers/community builders first. We will also provide a few general features too the staff.
Why are you requesting staff?: I need help! :banana:

Anyway, now that I got the rather annoying stuff out of the way I'll begin to elaborate on what I'm trying to achieve, the forum positions and much more that I wish to find effective with this board. For starters I'm trying to achieve something that is either not often used or never used, something that I can uniqueify (new word!) too a forum where people would be interested in joining.

We want to stick our name out there, make it known as the best forum of it's type. We want too be able to refer to us as the community with the best community, the most friendly members, honest staff and of course with great content. I am looking for a team of experienced members of the community to assist me along with this journey. It's a hard thing too do but I believe if everyone puts in enough time in the end it will turn out amazing. As I said before I'm unaware of the conditions for the subject, although it could be something differing from Webmastering to General Discussions, as long as we uniqueify (there's the word again!) it. Although I'm not looking just for that.. I'm seeking more, much much more. Anyway I'd like to elaborate on the jobs that will be offered and required.

Designer
Of course every good forum is in need of a quality designer. A designer is necessary due to the fact we want too stand out and for that several graphics will be required. Graphics such as themes, banners, icons, buttons, favicons and more. A designer is the person we'd like too pay the most if possible.

Community Builder
Also one of the most necessary aspects of a new community. These community builders will be required too create new threads, new content and much more. You will be required too advertise as well, get your friends too join and work on making the community more user friendly and such. It can be frustrating at times but it's needed. You'll receive back links to your forum and such of course.

Staff Members
Staff members are people who would be interested in either development of websites, modifications, themes etc or just a basic moderator. As a staff member you'll have too fill in an extra part in the application of the current places you'd be interested in filling. You'll be able too find the application below with those places and their responsibilities, well, the responsibilities would be elaborated on the development board.

Anyway, those are the three positions and if you're interested in following me on this journey you'll be required too fill out an application form, you don't need tones of effort just scratch down the raw stuff. Although before you fill it out you'll need too meet some requirements:

• At least 14 years of age, mature & responsible.
• Ability to maintain a position and not abuse it.
• Be online at least 10 hours per week.
• Create content for the members, make posts and be an overall active member of the community.

Before I go I'd like to tell you what I'll be doing. As the leader of this community I'll be the Commanding Administrator, Forum Owner, Global Moderator, Supervisor, Team Manager & Minor Developing. I will also fund pretty much everything if it's possible.

Disclaimer: I, Sam, am able to fire/remove anyone from the staff team at my discretion. I am also allowed but not limited too create all decisions, close the board any time I like (won't happen if we succeed!), be in charge of the decisions as I am the commanding administrator.
