How can I check for completed work?

You can, once you got the code installed, you can view number of +1s on your pages on pages where your +1 code are installed. Or from webmaster tools after each update. Tools such as SEO for firefox can also check for +1s on urls

Does it Rank my site?

Your rankings will appear higher in if any of the owners of accounts +1s’ friends search for your keyword terms for that page.

Will it be from Unique IPs?

Yes, all the +1s will be from Unique IPs and accounts, mostly in US.

Can you split the links on multiple URLs?

Yes, please let me know how many +1s into each.
