Hi I'm Zane and I own a site called snake09.com, I am selling skyscraper ads for $50 per year. Snake09 has only been on the Internet for 3 to 4 months and these are the stats of my site

Around 250 visits
Around 1100 page views
People spend around 4 and a half minutes on the pages that the ads will be going on

Your ad will be shown all the time on a couple of pages
