I have a Finance blog with PR=4 and Alexa=260000. Now, I want to sell some banner ads on my blog. All the ads will be put on the homepage of my blog.

The goal is still to maintain the readability of the site for all the visitors, while attracting them to outside sites which may be of interest to them.
