Looking for text link on a page on your website with a google PR6,7 or 8. Budget $100-$200 for two months. (link back must stay on this pr page for two months) 'no adult or gambling sites please'

Give http://www.textlinkbrokers.com a try.
I used them once and it seemed to be a fair deal with decent results. However I suggest trying to get links for at least 90 days to get pr passed along to your site.
