Depedns on how they are established.
Many hosting "companies" come and start with great support because they are new and are run by 1 or 2 people.
Once at a certain point they get "sick" of it and other things tie the people working on the site up and then it starts falling...
Check if they are really an established company or at least have their name registered with their local government first before making the purchase.
Don't want to end up buying some kid's after product if you know what I mean.
