In my opinion you can but be prepared to lose it one day, unless you can prove it is your businesses name.
There have been several cases where people had registered several variations of a company's domain and were summoned before the World Intellectual Property Organisation (Wipo) for arbitration and Wipo ordered the offenders to return or cancel the domain. Wipo believed they had been registered in bad faith and see this as mis-leading and nothing more then an attempt to hijack traffic to the typo site.
