Hello. I'm developing an HTML page for our company's local intranet. I want to encourage my viewers to set their screen resolution to at least 1024x768 (as i messed up-- on SEVERAL javascript pop-up window dimensions, didn't think of the issue cause my res is set high)

i want to have this like go directly to the Windows Help and Support files. I have currently this

but, as you can see if you click there (if it works for you at all) that it is not the proper link, exaclty-- the page doesn't allow for navigation throughout the rest of the help files related to the issue.

any ideas on the best practice for how to make this work the way i want (which would be to have the genuine help file open at the link)?
