I was keeping a good track of this thread and recently been offered this from
Offsite Data Backup & Recovery for Servers, PCs and Macs seems pretty good its on the ATTIX5 platform and seems to work. I always prefer to have a local backup aswell but this seems to work brilliantly and is good at doing servers with its system state backup and exchange backup which backs up the individual mail boxs which is brilliant for recovery of just one.
Really recommend it, any similar ones im happy to try
