Well i never be A moderator Of any forum , but i don't think you need Some quite good pro For your forum , you need to have some peoples those can spend regular time on your forum , and those also have some Forum experience , pro can't give much time to your forum as i see there are lot of Spam threads out there for awaiting moderation ... so choose wisely don't just look forward For peoples Pro peoples you also can hire my kind of peoples Those can spend some time on your forum regularly ...
