Okay,

I have been doing some reading and I think site maintenance as far as my forms go would be much easier to manage on the web using php/mysql. I have been logging info I receive from my email form on my site into an ms access database manually. So forget about my intial post. I am now off to figure how to build a php form and store the data in a mysql database that I can manage through my web browser.
Thanks for reading my post though and suggestions are welcome..
