To be honest I'd go for a free webhost like
www.freewebs.com (they don't put banner ads on your website they just want a link from your webpages to them) and if you have a top level domain like
www.yourwebsite.com then just point it towards the webspace.
$5/month is abit much for a simple 6 page website that isn't making money try one of the cheap webhost for $1/month.
That said, my old cheap webhost worked great for about a year then went offline, so I switched to a more expensive hosting company. Can't complain won it off of ebay.com for $7/ year.
