We use worldbackups.net in the UK. Their software can backup Exchange, SQL and Windows Sys state. If you want just PC based backups use Mozy or Carbonite.
We chose worldbackups.net because their support is excellent and if you can't get through on the phone, someone will call you back, and they will remote control your server to fix the problem rather than email over fixes.
