On a previous project I set up an IP based camera and streamed it online. The company was
Axis Communications. It was pretty easy to set up. Just make sure you have axis to the router because you'll have to set up port forwarding for the camera. They'll walk you through it though. It was mounted outside and used a wireless point to point bridge to communicate back to the network so it was a pain, but I think it was still set up in under 8 hours.
