Ask around to fix people's computers, gather old parts. Sell the money from the parts, then you get money from fixing PC's. With that money there, now you can start offering to build custom PC's. Buy the parts for the first set of PC's with the money you earned before. Eventually you will have enough profits for a smooth operation, if you don't have enough money from fixing/old parts, just tell the first Custom PC customer "Pay first system!" Hope that gives you an idea.
