I'm familiar with them. Our company has tested a lot of online backup providers in Holland, but I'm definately not pleased with them. It's slow, and it is not quick and efficient. If you really want to have a good online provider, try IASO (http://www.iasobackup.com). They also provide the backup solution for the biggest reseller, namely KPN. They are much more efficient and more stable than Backupagent, or Ahsay (hongkong). Even Backupconnect and ConnectIT are not as stable.
