I'm pretty new to SEO, and my question may sound stupid to most of you, but I'm going to ask it anyway.
Let's say the directory that I'm going to submit my link to has a PR 6. But by the time I go through the sub-directories and find the sub-directory that I need to submit my link to, the PR goes down to a PR 1 or even a PR 0.
Now my question is, Does that PR 6 on the Directories home page still play a roll?
OR is the PR 6 useless to me, since the sub-category that I have picked has a PR 1 or PR 0?
