We have given you the choice to move your account to our another server, and you was not willing for that. It is sure that your problem may get solved by that, since the server was from another datacenter which you was using earlier. But you was in no way ready for that. How can we give you the refund when there is a possible way to solve the problem and if you are not ready for that?
You asked the refund for the reason you cannot use our service (the problem was not from our side) and when we gave another option you denied it.
At that point how we can refund the money? What is this all about?
